Shobha Shandilya has over 18 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, Corporate Communications, Logistics, Purchasing, Organization Development and Human Resources both at a regional and at a national level. A thorough professional with demonstrated success in delivering results, optimizing business efficiency, and surpassing revenue targets, Shobha is an Arts Graduate with an MBA from Delhi University and a Diploma in Marketing Management, Advertising and Public Relations from YMCA. She is a visiting faculty member at IPM, Lucknow and has conducted trainings on Communication skills, Soft skill and Personality development. She was a lead trainer for Sales & Leadership with FedEx India (earlier Pafex) and has been part of many training programs like Total Quality Management and Professional Selling skills conducted by Xerox.
Hardy Alexander has over 18 years of experience across various industries like Manufacturing, Logistics & Supply Chain and Digital Marketing. He is a seasoned professional, having worked his way up from managing front-line sales to heading a business unit. His 10 years stint with FedEx Express gave him the required exposure to global sales and the opportunity to pursue his passion for training. As Director & General Manager for Regalix India, he was instrumental in bringing a culture of ‘learning’ within the organization. As a visiting professor for Marketing Management & Brand Management, his passion for enlightening young minds continues through his association with Ramaiah Institute of Management Studies, Bangalore. Hardy is a Metallurgical Engineering graduate from National Institute to Technology, Rourkela with a Post Graduation in Marketing Management from NMIMS, Mumbai
